MISSION STATEMENT

INTINCO has developed a strategy to help federal governments of developing countries realize large infrastructural projects, whereby the risk factors for all stakeholders have been completely eliminated or reduced to acceptable levels and in such a way that the final structure and set-up of these projects will maximize the benefits for the countries involved and its citizens.

Despite poor credit-ratings, INTINCO will be able to offer very favorable funding conditions, without that federal governments are requested to issue sovereign guarantees or have to encounter other liabilities.

By using the BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) funding model, the impact of political influences (other decision makers, elections, new ruling party, etc.) during the construction period will be minimized.

Using major and highly reputable companies as developer, project manager, lead contractors, consultants, et cetera, guarantees the best possible outcome in terms of budget, quality, and timing.
