SOCIAL FOOTPRINT

All projects to be developed and realized by INTINCO will have a large social footprint. Extra attention will be paid to and additional funds will be made available for the following areas:

Education

The ultimate goal is to hire only local people. Therefore special attention will be paid to train and educate local workers. Blue collar workers will be trained on the job by skilled and experienced foreign craftsmen. It means that our goal is two-fold: we want the job done, and the local workers should develop their skills according to Western (European) quality standards.

The training course for staff and managers will include theoretical and practical training programs. For high potentials, scholarships to attend foreign universities will be given.

Health

Basic healthcare should be available for all citizens living in the areas where INTINCO is active. Where needed, INTINCO will arrange the construction and operation of primary health centers. Programs will be developed in order to secure the annual payment for expenses like doctors, nurses, medical equipment, medicines, et cetera.

Environment

In addition to the company strategy to emphasize on sustainability when realizing projects, INTINCO will introduce activities and programs to increase the awareness of local citizens for the environment and the importance of it for their existence on the long run. Residents should be proud of their country or region and with little adjustments to their daily routines, the environment and their existence can be secured.

Community Support

INTINCO will support and encourage local activities and traditions, for “Without the past, there is no future.” With these programs INTINCO wishes that the identity of population groups will stay in tact and that it does not water down due to the economic development of a region and the increase of the standard of living of its people.
